Load and Performance Test Team Leadership for Advanced Technology Group providing Group VoIP quality assurance and laboratory simulation in support of TWC voice network deployment. Manage and lead team efforts in the development of a new methodology and maintainable framework for the Group with a comprehensive test design and verification strategy. Drive quality control standards and best practices.


  • Developed the load test methodology to certify all models of Cable-Modems/Media Telephone Adapters (CM/MTA) which drastically reduced the field problems.


  • Prepared course material and trained 12 engineers to independently conduct load test methodology.
